They don’t hard sell which I love and they understand customer’s circumstances. I was initially planning to go for cover-up but they also do have eyebrow removal which is also great 😊 it’s an all in one pit stop for beauty services. I saw my friend eyelashes were very lifted, I thought she used mascara, apparantly she did lashlift only. She recommended me to visit Arch Angel Brow, and to my surprise the results on me were really satisfactory too. It was natural and last for 6 weeks or so. The person in charge of doing my lashlift is Venus, super meticulous, perfectionist in her job. No hardsell at all, never push me sign up for any package, she is really very thoughtful and genuine person. Do look for her if you would like to get your lashlift done perfectly, yet comfortable without feeling obligation to purchase for any packages. I’ve been a loyal customer of Arch Angel Brow since 2020. I first started with lash lifting, then moved on to facial HPL, DEP, HydraFacial, and CFU treatments. I’ve been visiting the Douby branch more often this year, as the Somerset branch tends to be quite busy. The team at Arch Angel Brow is always so kind and patient with me, even when I’m a little blur or impatient—thank you all for that! I’ve also attended a few of their anniversary events, which are always a lot of fun. They provide snacks and drinks, and the lucky draw prizes are great—no one leaves empty-handed! I still remember winning a free HPL session once. Venus has helped me many times with my facials and CFU treatments, and Jasmine and Ivy have also taken great care of me. There are a few other lovely ladies whose names I can’t quite recall—sorry about that! I highly recommend Arch Angel Brow. My experience here has been consistently wonderful. ~ Jiali H

Tailored treatment based on the analysis. I did the DPL & HEP Facial treatment and it does wonder to my face! My face looks very hydrated with dewy healthy bright complexion! I came to do their signature feather brows. Chloe attended to me and she was very assuring and patience in explaining the details. I learnt that they engaged only highly experienced specialist to design and create the brows. The specialist who attended to me was Tr. Yue Yue. She would discuss after drawing out the design of my brow and sought my inputs and consent before proceeding with the actual procedure. I am impressed with her pursue of perfection and excellence. Experience in this new outlet was good and I have to say the staff there are very friendly and polite. Service provided was really good and it makes me feel comfortably and well taken care off. Used to go to the Kovan outlet to get my eyebrows done but have switched to this outlet because of Venus. Jasmine, my beautician, has magical hands. She is extremely professional and meticulous in her extraction of pores. She customises the treatment to my sensitive skin at all times.
