They don’t hard sell which I love and they understand customer’s circumstances. I was initially planning to go for cover-up but they also do have eyebrow removal which is also great 😊 it’s an all in one pit stop for beauty services. I recently tried eyebrow embroidery for the first time and was initially quite skeptical and worried about the results and possible downtime. However, my experience turned out to be fantastic! Venus was my therapist, and she was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, explaining each step and ensuring I felt comfortable. The results exceeded my expectations — they look so natural, and I didn’t experience any downtime at all. The pretty lady bosses and the whole team made me feel very assured that I was in good hands. I’ve been a loyal customer of Arch Angel Brow since 2020. I first started with lash lifting, then moved on to facial HPL, DEP, HydraFacial, and CFU treatments. I’ve been visiting the Douby branch more often this year, as the Somerset branch tends to be quite busy. The team at Arch Angel Brow is always so kind and patient with me, even when I’m a little blur or impatient—thank you all for that! I’ve also attended a few of their anniversary events, which are always a lot of fun. They provide snacks and drinks, and the lucky draw prizes are great—no one leaves empty-handed! I still remember winning a free HPL session once. Venus has helped me many times with my facials and CFU treatments, and Jasmine and Ivy have also taken great care of me. There are a few other lovely ladies whose names I can’t quite recall—sorry about that! I highly recommend Arch Angel Brow. My experience here has been consistently wonderful. ~ Jiali H

I did my lash lift with Venus and it’s awesome! My lash looks like extensions - just that it’s my natural lash! I also would like to strongly recommend Venus and Micky who did my face treatment. They did such a great job, no hard selling, and I’m super satisfied with the result. What’s awesome: 1. The cutting-edge skin analyzer that checks your skin to the 3rd layer! 2. Tailored treatment based on the analysis. I did the DPL & HEP Facial treatment and it does wonder to my face! My face looks very hydrated with dewy healthy bright complexion! My friends really saw the difference and they asked me what I did to my face - which I happily recommended! 3. Huge shoutout to Power Vi-Lift face!! Perfect for sagging skin. She is super patient and really pays attention to the little details. Experience in this new outlet was good and I have to say the staff there are very friendly and polite. Service provided was really good and it makes me feel comfortably and well taken care off. Did eyebrow embroidery with Clare at Dhoby Ghaut and am very thrilled with the results! Looks very natural, which is exactly the look I wanted. Clare was an expert, like an artist. She spent time to study the shape and consider what would look best on my face, including right color. Explained everything from beginning to end. I went for my eyebrows and it’s my first time to try after watching their TikTok. I’m being serve by Venus (hope to get her name correctly). She’s very attentive, patience and always put on smiling face. And I’m also lucky that her boss came to check on my eyebrows. My colleagues said my eyebrows nice and look natural. Been coming to the dhoby ghaut outlet for lash perm ever since it opened as the studio is so pretty and clean with a warm ambience. Venus always does such a great job from cleaning my lashes properly to giving me the exact curl I want and checking in to see if I’m comfortable. Time to pamper yourself ! I am feeling rejuvenated after doing my colour analysis and AI photo shoot with makeup by Qian Wen. She is absolutely professional , meticulous and patient throughout the process. You will learn not only about the colours which suits your complexion, she will guide you during the photo session. My first time here doing a few rounds of brow alteration to get myself prepared for eyebrow embroidery. Carman has been very patient and detailed thus far.
